We will have a conversation via email to discuss your design and a deposit is paid through our site to start the project.

We will share a design proof within a few days for you to approve or decline. If you decline at this point you would get 100% of your deposit back. If you approve the proof we will move forward with the project.

We will show you the first chain for your approval before we make the rest. If everything looks good, we will ask for the balance via PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp. If you don’t like how the chains are looking for any reason we would provide a 50% refund of your deposit.

Once everything is made we will ship it and provide the tracking information. From payment of the deposit to shipping the time frame will be no more than 2 business weeks.
